Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a small team setting.
• Involvement in requirement discovery, data modeling, and design/build of BPM applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Certification: Appian level 1, Agile Certification, basic SQL skills (CRUD), and competency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Good working knowledge of the assigned support area.

Responsibilities:

• Working with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
• Delivering complex development assignments efficiently and comprehensively.
• Leading discussions and collaborating with external clients to understand their business processes and technical needs.
