Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS customer success experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant customer success management experience.
  • Highly effective in both customer success and people management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in a high-functioning customer success and sales organization that is rapidly scaling.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer success managers to achieve and exceed NDR targets across our customer base.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to create customer success strategy.
  • Overseeing the execution of the CSM team’s tasks.
  • Create and implement new processes to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Grow the careers and capabilities of individual contributors in the team.
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Maintain high standards while recruiting new CSMs.
  • Drive customer success initiatives across the entire sales organization.
