Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document functional design documents.
• Configuration and integration of respective SAP modules as per project blueprint.
• Develop test strategies and document test results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cross-functional areas.
• Develop and monitor a support model for support tickets.
• Provide support and resolve help desk tickets.
