Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited US university.
• State teaching certification and/or relevant credential preferred.
• Minimum one year of online teaching experience preferred.
• Skills in developing lesson plans and managing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in applicable computer applications and strong attention to detail.
• Technical requirements include specific computer and software specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide live, synchronous instruction and asynchronous student facilitation support.
• Monitor individual student progress and offer help as needed.
• Prepare for live instruction, including technology and materials.
• Adhere to communication procedures and grading policies.
• Assist in maintaining classroom order and implementing policies.
• Collaborate with other teachers and managers.
