Requirements:
  • BS degree in Engineering preferred, college degree required.
  • 3+ years in a direct, strategic or key accounts sales role.
  • 5+ years total sales experience.
  • Experience in selling commercial HVAC and plumbing equipment.
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to sell based on return on investment and value, rather than first cost.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for growing and managing sales to Strategic Accounts for New Build projects.
  • Build, maintain, and grow project pipeline for Watts products.
  • Provide guidance to Representatives and managers to ensure sales efforts are aligned.
  • Resolve major sales and customer service issues with strategic accounts.
  • Establish local expectations for sales and service with representatives.
  • Communicate leads to appropriate channels for customer needs.
  • Develop sales activities and provide forecasting data to the Director of Strategic Accounts.
