Requirements:

• Strong market experience in CAISO or Southwestern US.
• Extensive knowledge of the full-cycle of utility-scale renewable power generation development.
• Detailed understanding of state/federal regulations impacting project development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Earth.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greenfield development of utility-scale solar power generation facilities.
• Communication and synchronization across functions to minimize project risks.
• Management of tax abatements, land use agreements, interconnection agreements, and various project-related agreements.
• Oversight of project budgets, objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Site evaluations and coordination of permitting and engineering applications.
• Engagement with community and local institutions for project support.
