Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of verified experience in developing training plans and creating e-learning content.
• Proficiency with TalentLMS or similar learning management systems.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with multimedia content creation tools and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear documentation for training processes.
• Oversee design and development of training programs that fill skills gaps.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through innovative methods.
