Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Preferred five years' experience in corporate programs and events.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manages implementation for a corporate partners portfolio of over $1.6 million.
• Responsible for contributing to area revenue goals through partnership execution.
• Primary contact with corporate partners during revenue execution.
• Executes operational aspects of corporate initiatives and wellness programs.
• Strategizes pipeline development and stewardship planning.
• Leads the planning process with external company representatives.
• Engages creatively with partners to enhance relationships and overcome challenges.
• Identifies and resolves barriers to project completion.
• Represents ACS with representatives from Fortune 1000 companies.
• Monitors and evaluates program success and corporate account satisfaction.
