Requirements:

• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiarity with audio editing software for podcasts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creative and detail-oriented with adaptability.
• Understanding of video production and post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite, with prior experience in project management tools preferred.
• Basic understanding of climate change and blockchain technology is a plus.
• A relevant degree or professional training in Film, Video Production, Media Studies, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Communications team to write and refine scripts for video content.
• Create high-quality short video clips for social media and internal communications.
• Lead the production of video podcasts, including setup and editing.
• Produce longer videos like event summaries and educational content.
• Manage the video editing process to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with graphic designers and writers for cohesive storytelling.
