Requirements:

• Hold an unrestricted LPC, LSCW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Missouri.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Provide direct member care for 5 hours per week as a part-time independent contractor.
• 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space.
• Must own an iOS device and a laptop with reliable internet access.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
• Address issues related to pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause, anxiety, depression, and work-life balance.
• Use brief solution-focused therapy to provide clients with tools and skills.
• Document encounters in practice management system.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery team to meet member needs and referrals, represent Maven’s care model.
