Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience as a project coordinator or traffic manager, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
• Experience managing multiple requests from various partners with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and programs like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the request submissions and assignment process within the Creative team’s Asana intake queue from cross-functional teams.
• Track the progress of multiple creative workstreams across various deliverable types and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and materials for projects.
• Support scheduling of project kickoffs, creative reviews, and other project meetings.
• Serve as a contact point between the creative team and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
