• Proven success in developing B2C web applications at scale with frameworks like React, Next.js, Astro, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing scalable web applications with SEO considerations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects.
• Passion for mentorship and creating high-performing teams.
• Bonus: Experience with AWS or Vercel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and execute the technical roadmap for engineering teams.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with engineers, designers, data analysts, and product groups.
• Craft quarterly OKRs with senior leadership aligning to business goals.
• Maintain and improve operational excellence through monitoring and post-mortems.
• Collaborate on delivering foundational technology solutions for current and future needs.
• Manage engineers' career paths, performance, and provide mentorship.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with resource allocation and risk assessments.
