Senior Customer DevOps Engineer (Remote, US)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps Engineering or a similar role.
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Azure, with a focus on initial deployment.
• Extensive experience with GCP and/or AWS.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience developing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key technical advisor for customers, building lasting relationships.
• Guide customers through self-hosted product deployments across various cloud platforms.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and improve Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform.
• Manage Kubernetes environments and resolve issues.
• Build automated testing and monitoring for CI/CD.
• Partner with security teams to implement best practices.
• Support data engineers with tools and workflows.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation.
