Requirements:
  • Must have customer service experience, preferably in personal injury legal or finance.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong multitasking abilities are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and empathy.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and writing communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Requires high-speed internet connection and up-to-date laptop.
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain case information and submit requests to the internal system.
  • Accept calls from plaintiffs via call queue and provide status updates.
  • Notify plaintiffs of status updates via outbound phone calls.
  • Create template-based funding contracts according to specifications and monitor signature status.
  • Answer incoming calls to the operator phone queue.
  • Counsel plaintiffs on contract details and manage expectations for timeline and delivery costs.
