Requirements:
  • Must have Customer Service experience, preferably in Personal Injury Legal or finance.
  • Must be detail-oriented, very organized, and have strong multitasking abilities.
  • Must be energetic, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, interpersonal skills, and effective questioning ability are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection (80 Mbps) and an up-to-date laptop (at least 8GB RAM).
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain case information and submit requests to the internal system.
  • Accept calls from plaintiffs and provide status updates.
  • Notify plaintiffs of status updates via outbound calls.
  • Create template-based funding contracts as per specifications and monitor signatures.
  • Answer incoming calls in the operator phone queue.
  • Counsel plaintiffs on contract details, delivery options, and timelines.
