Requirements:
- Must have Customer Service experience, preferably in Personal Injury Legal or finance.
- Must be detail-oriented, very organized, and have strong multitasking abilities.
- Must be energetic, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, interpersonal skills, and effective questioning ability are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection (80 Mbps) and an up-to-date laptop (at least 8GB RAM).
Responsibilities:
- Obtain case information and submit requests to the internal system.
- Accept calls from plaintiffs and provide status updates.
- Notify plaintiffs of status updates via outbound calls.
- Create template-based funding contracts as per specifications and monitor signatures.
- Answer incoming calls in the operator phone queue.
- Counsel plaintiffs on contract details, delivery options, and timelines.
