Customer Service Representative (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

• Customer service experience, preferably in the Personal Injury Legal or finance space.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong multitasking ability.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• High-speed internet connection (80 Mbps) and up-to-date laptop (at least 8GB RAM).

Responsibilities:

• Obtain case information and submit requests to the internal system.
• Accept calls from plaintiffs and provide status updates.
• Create and monitor template-based funding contracts.
• Counsel plaintiffs on contract details and delivery options.
