Responsibilities:
  • Obtain case information and submit requests to the internal system.
  • Accept calls from plaintiffs and provide status updates.
  • Notify plaintiffs of status updates via outbound calls.
  • Create template-based funding contracts and monitor their signature status.
  • Answer incoming calls to the operator phone queue.
  • Counsel plaintiffs on contract details, delivery options, and associated costs.
