Responsibilities:
- Obtain case information and submit requests to the internal system.
- Accept calls from plaintiffs and provide status updates.
- Notify plaintiffs of status updates via outbound calls.
- Create template-based funding contracts and monitor their signature status.
- Answer incoming calls to the operator phone queue.
- Counsel plaintiffs on contract details, delivery options, and associated costs.
