Requirements:

• 8 or more years of software development experience on large-scale, high-volume technical systems in a microservice architecture with AWS for cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of management experience in software development.
• Proven success in agile project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with both engineers and non-engineers.
• Strong coaching abilities to help engineers improve their skills and grow in their careers, including managing remote engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead TCGplayer through a major phase of growth as the company expands internationally.
• Provide leadership and management to software engineers to create scalable solutions for the TCGplayer platform.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers and Project Managers to manage inter-team dependencies and ensure on-time software delivery.
• Partner with Cloud Platform & Site Reliability Engineering for a trustworthy platform for Buyer Engagement systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, supporting team members in their professional development.
