Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Management, or Real Estate.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in real estate-related fields.
• Strong understanding of MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
• Basic VBA knowledge is an asset.
• Fluent spoken and written Business English for leading calls and meetings.
• Ability to simplify complex information for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, plan, delegate, and execute tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the account team.
• Integrate service lines deliverables for cohesive reporting.
• Support clients in strategic decision-making and create non-standard real estate reports.
• Prepare executive presentations for JLL and external clients.
• Ensure data quality across individual and team outputs.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for JLL team members and clients.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and drive improvements.
• Interact with JLL and client stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Monitor processes for efficiencies and client-focused solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for Corporate Client's Real Estate team.
