Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Experience in team leadership and workload management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with financial management software; JD Edwards knowledge is an asset.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with GAAP and relevant accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-integrity financial systems for management decisions.
• Manage accounts payable, general ledger, funding requests, and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end closing processes and documentation.
• Contribute to budget creation and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports and KPIs.
• Oversee audits and maintain knowledge of relevant agreements.
• Identify process improvements and manage team workload.
