Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with SaaS applications.
• Proven experience working with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, with familiarity in React and Node.js.
• Experience with API integrations and working with REST APIs.
• Experience with database management and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or NetSuite.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Lead and participate in the design and implementation of system integrations for seamless data flow.
• Architect scalable and efficient technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SaaS applications.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Conduct testing and validation of new features and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
