Requirements:

• Strong understanding of procurement in high-growth, technology-driven environments, ideally within fintech or similar industries.
• Experience in navigating procurement for global expansion, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and market-specific dynamics.
• Proven track record in purchasing technology and software licenses.
• Well-versed in information security and cyber risk management.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulations governing outsourcing in financial services or insurance.
• Skilled in using procurement and contract lifecycle management tools for process efficiency.
• Experience with procure-to-pay processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Leading critical procurement initiatives that advance Monzo's strategic goals and support growth.
• Developing relationships with internal partners to align suppliers with long-term business objectives.
• Building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
• Achieving optimal commercial outcomes while maintaining quality and service.
• Identifying and onboarding suitable third-party partners.
• Serving as a procurement expert and managing relationships.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Tech, Finance, Product, and Operations.
