Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience relevant to this position, including 4 years in Core Banking working with a vendor.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Product or technical expertise in implementing Core Banking applications.
• Experience working with Credit Unions and Community Banks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end rollout of the company's Core Banking software.
• Ensure clients are adequately trained on the solution.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for installations at Credit Unions and Community Banks.
• Resolve complex customer issues by implementing appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Core Banking business processes.
• Work with developers to improve solutions based on market conditions.
