Senior Product Designer (Remote)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong understanding of the process for building product experiences including best practices for design deliverables.
• Solid visual design foundation and understanding of design principles such as space, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and visual design skills.
• Effective communicator and presenter, eager to give and receive feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Design simple, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users.
• Gather product requirements, organize and lead user research sessions and interviews, frame problems, and find solutions.
• Lead and articulate the team's work and decisions, advocating for user-centered design.
• Collaborate with different teams to identify problems and arrive at design solutions.
• Influence user lifecycle product strategy and execute polished design work across all touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor designers in the assigned product area.
