Requirements:

• HIS Licensed is a plus.
• Multilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.
• Prior experience in artificial turf or landscaping preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in Home Services.
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.
• Organized and able to manage a full calendar.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored landscape solutions and expert advice for HVAC, roofing, or window installations.
• Promote premium eco-friendly products, demonstrating their value to customers.
• Utilize creativity to help clients visualize their ideal landscapes or home upgrades.
• Attend scheduled appointments and weekly team meetings.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services.
• Provide accurate on-site quotes and assist with installations.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Design personalized landscapes and ensure efficient contract handling.
