Requirements:

• Experience in global planning and logistics within technology or beverage dispense sectors, ideally in events or hospitality.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in global planning and logistics.
• Exceptional numerate and communication skills, with confident face-to-face interaction.
• Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation and closing.
• Excellent understanding of technology systems.
• Project management skills, including budget focus and ability to manage time.
• Ability to work autonomously and seek new solutions and ideas.
• Capable of coping in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the regional implementation team.
• Plan logistics and installations ensuring smooth and on-time delivery.
• Plan maintenance schedules and ensure exceptional quality equipment delivery.
• Lead operations team using priorities and metrics for successful implementation.
• Create team strategy and operational budgets for profitable deployments.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with design, tech teams and partners for successful solutions.
• Provide on-site operational support and liaise with clients.
