Requirements:

• Experience within global planning and logistics in technology or drink dispense businesses.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in global planning and logistics.
• Exceptional numerate and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation and negotiations.
• Excellent understanding of technology systems.
• Ability to manage projects, budgets, and priorities effectively.
• Capacity to work autonomously and responsibly.
• Proactive in seeking solutions for commercial development.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage our regional implementation team.
• Plan logistics and installations ensuring smooth and on-time delivery to venues and events.
• Plan maintenance schedules and ensure exceptional quality equipment is delivered to clients.
• Lead your event/operations team using priorities, metrics/procedures, and objectives to measure successful implementation.
• Create the team strategy and priorities for the upcoming months, aiding workload and capacity.
• Manage operational budgets for profitable deployments and installations.
• Maintain relationships with clients and partners, focusing on retention and upselling.
• Work closely with compliance for safety and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with design, build, and tech teams for successful implementation.
• Support supplier relationships and monitor sales overhead.
