Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Market Research.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Quick learner of new technologies/software.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing multiple domestic and international qualitative studies.
• Oversee all aspects of project management to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
• Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirmation of respondents for various qualitative research methods.
• Setup and test surveys/screeners, manage respondent honoraria, and oversee project invoicing.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings to align all parties on project specifications and timelines.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status and address potential fielding concerns.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Track project costs and maintain study profitability.
