Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school required (Master’s preferred).
• PE or SE license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with client interaction experience.
• Proven leadership and business skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including 5 years of forensic experience.
• Expert witness experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A desire to learn and grow within the profession.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a local team of global forensic experts and engineers.
• Monitor team performance and metrics including utilization, job status, billable hours, and job count.
• Delegate incoming assignments based on team members' skillsets.
• Manage team quality and execution with technical and managerial guidance.
• Regularly audit established guidelines for compliance and uniformity.
• Provide operational support to Forensics Regional Leads.
• Responsible for P&L performance and compensation reviews.
• Conduct research and prepare technical papers.
• Conduct field observations, testing, and data collection.
