Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications like PMP are a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction project management tools, best practices, and techniques.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and standard office applications.
• Commitment to Standards: A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for data center construction projects.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project specifications.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
• Oversee daily site operations, including inspections and progress tracking.
• Identify and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide updates to senior management.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with all regulations throughout construction.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Maintain thorough records of project activities and prepare status updates for stakeholders.
