Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT experience including Service Desk operations.
• 6+ years of SaaS application administration and ownership.
• 5+ years of Okta administration experience including SAML and SSO configuration.
• 5+ years of experience with Okta Workflows and orchestration tools.
• 4+ years of experience with scripting languages such as C#, Python, Powershell.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications like Atlassian, Google Workspace, and SCIM protocol.
• Proven leadership abilities to mentor team members and manage IT projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise for Corporate systems, leading technical aspects of engineering, maintenance, and management.
• Lead design, management, and administration of Corporate IT systems.
• Manage SaaS applications, endpoint management, and identity processes.
• Develop and maintain automation processes related to identity lifecycle and data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment between technical and business requirements.
• Oversee configuration, user administration, security, and data management for various applications.
• Troubleshoot and reference vendor support documentation for API integrations.
• Manage configuration of new SaaS systems in Okta.
• Lead incident response and problem resolution.
• Partner with Security to enforce strict security controls.
• Participate in on-call rotation for support.
