Requirements:

• Must be motivated, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in assisting team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting (MST/MBA is a plus).
• CPA license is required.
• 5+ years of work experience, with prior experience in the construction industry being a must.
• Strong technical skills in taxation.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced specialized tax expertise.
• Review and formulate conclusions on tax returns and work papers.
• Ensure tax advice is technically correct and documented.
• Coach and develop team members through training.
• Communicate client needs to team members effectively.
• Build relationships across service groups for client service excellence.
• Manage quality deliverables on time and within budget.
