Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be a people person who enjoys connecting with customers over the phone.
• You must be confident making outbound calls to recent guests of Accor Hotels.
• You should be excited about working in a sales environment with achievable targets and uncapped commissions.
• Attendance to mandatory in-person training at the Wollongong office from November 25th to 29th is required.
• Comfortable visiting the Wollongong (or Parramatta) office once weekly for the first four weeks post-training, then once per month after.

Responsibilities:

• As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will call recent guests of Accor, inviting them to a free night stay at our hotels.
• In addition to the free stay, guests can enjoy discounts on room bookings and dining if they agree to sign up for our Loyalty Member Program.
• You will make outbound calls from home to verified leads, using sales techniques to understand their needs and close sales.
• You will also ask customers and members for referrals.
