- A minimum of 3 years' experience within Talent Acquisition Sourcing or Recruitment Administration.
- Preferred: Completed degree and experience in professional services or consulting.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate databases.
- Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates, primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels and screen resumes.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidate qualifications.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team regarding hiring needs.
- Participate in meetings to discuss candidate progress.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Prepare candidate profiles and conduct reference checks.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and track sourcing metrics.
