Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product design within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing design teams, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting design concepts and research findings.
• Proven ability to execute concepts, embracing big-picture objectives and attention to detail.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a passion for pixel perfection and usability.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.

• Leverage your design expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality, functional products that stand out in the market.

• Mentor and elevate junior designers, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Influence cross-functional processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to refine design workflows across teams.
