• Strong ability to identify and communicate complex technical and policy trends.
• Experience in engaging with government organizations at high levels.
• Ability to work across teams for coordinated policy implementation.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and managing donor relationships.
• Advanced degree (Master's, J.D. or Ph.D.) in nuclear engineering, energy policy, environmental science, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the in-house expert on nuclear policy and related topics, focusing on U.S. commercial nuclear energy industry.
• Identify and communicate key technical and economic trends across the U.S. nuclear energy sector.
• Conduct technical and policy research on nuclear energy technologies.
• Engage stakeholders, including policymakers and industry leaders, to drive advocacy activities.
• Lead outreach efforts to promote advanced nuclear technologies.
• Collaborate closely with advocacy teams to ensure policy implementation strategies.
• Develop and execute detailed work plans for U.S. nuclear energy strategy implementation.
• Identify funding opportunities and cultivate donor relationships to support initiatives.
