• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in a finance management role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations of financial systems to ensure accurate records.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable and coordinate payments to vendors.
• Assist in payroll preparation and manage related financial matters.
• Prepare and present financial reports for executive meetings.
• Conduct daily check-ins with the CFO to address urgent financial issues.
