• 2+ years experience in web development or software engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Postgres, Express, React, Node, and Git/Github.
• Passion for the web development industry and teaching.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to beginners.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment.
• Teach lessons in accordance with learning objectives and session plans.
• Employ strategies to meet adult learners' needs.
• Share industry insights and professional experience to connect content to real-world applications.
• Manage regular communication with students and provide individualized support.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
