Requirements:

Experience with CRM tools and email service providers; Klaviyo experience is preferable.
An analytical and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Best case native in Dutch, fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Planning, creating, and sending weekly emails in Klaviyo.
Creating personalized emails from content creation to segmentation.
Setting up automated, behavior-based lifecycle campaigns.
Using A/B and control group testing to optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
Analyzing and reporting campaign results with recommendations for KPI improvements.
Collaborating with the International Team for additional communication strategies for the Dutch and UK markets.
