Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in CRM and email marketing.
Experience with CRM tools and ESPs (Klaviyo experience is preferable).
An analytical and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Best case native in Dutch, fluent in English; German is a Plus.

Responsibilities:

Planning, creating, and sending weekly emails in Klaviyo.
Creating creative and personalized emails from content creation to segmentation.
Setting up automated, behavior-based lifecycle campaigns.
Using A/B and control group testing to continuously optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
Analyzing and reporting campaign results, recommending KPI improvement measures.
Collaborating with the International Team on communication strategies for Dutch and UK market.
