Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Data Management roles.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, managing opportunities, orders, and lead routing.
  • Experience with deduplication tools such as Ringlead.
  • Strong knowledge of lead management tools like Zoominfo and Outreach.
  • Experience with 6Sense or similar tools for account scoring and ABM alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot data issues.

  • Experience with lead scoring models and ensuring alignment with ICP and ABM strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sales forecasting by ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Provide Deal Desk support for quotes, contracts, and proposals.
  • Maintain accuracy of Opportunity data for month-end reconciliation.
  • Manage deduplication jobs to ensure data cleanliness.
  • Support lead management workflows integrating leads into Salesforce.
  • Build lead scoring models and align with Ideal Customer Profiles.
  • Create efficient lead routing processes.
  • Address data gaps manually until automation is in place.
  • Identify and resolve data-related challenges in collaboration with sales.
  • Maintain and update Opportunity and Order data.
  • Analyze data issues to recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure data flow hygiene.
  • Automate report creation and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
