Requirements:

• Diploma in Health and Safety.
• 3+ years in a health and safety management role.
• In-depth knowledge of national health and safety regulations.
• Proven track record in creating and delivering training programs.
• Work cover experience in incident reporting and investigations (ICAM Lead Investigation preferred).
• Experience in safety software management and audits across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into health and safety incidents, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.
• Manage emergency response protocols and coordinate injury management for efficient return-to-work processes.
• Oversee Work Cover by reporting injuries promptly, supporting employee recovery, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation requirements.
• Advise on health and safety matters, focusing on managing both physical and psycho-social risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
