Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or Certified Information Security Manager.
• Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale security strategies.
• Expertise in risk management, incident response, and security governance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with blockchain/web3 applications and protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards like NIST and ISO.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with AVS developers to understand challenges and provide engineering solutions.
• Create target output metrics for the security team and manage inputs to achieve them.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee cybersecurity policies and incident response plans.
• Lead response to security incidents and ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
• Develop and deliver security awareness programs to foster a security-first culture.
• Identify and implement the latest security technologies to protect the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align security with business goals.
