Requirements:

• 3-5 years direct employee relations experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in retail, manufacturing and or corporate HR functions.
• Proficient in local employment laws and application of respective law to everyday people practices.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of coaching, mediation and investigation best practices.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and support the growth and development of the People Experience Specialists through hands-on mentoring, feedback and training.
• Manage and resolve performance and employee relations challenges, separations, terminations and leaves.
• Guide and coach People Experience Specialists with escalated complex employee relation matters.
• Maintain processes that uphold Lush employment policies, culture and values.
• Lift up employee feedback or concerns to the appropriate teams and plan for resolution.
• Support the management and resolution of all litigation, mediation and legal claims.
