Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in renewable energy, EPC, or related fields.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven oversight of large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, environmental, and safety standards relevant to renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the Power division, focusing on solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
• Define and execute divisional goals aligned with company growth and sustainability objectives.
• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of projects from concept to completion.
• Manage large-scale projects ensuring compliance with industry standards, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Create strategies to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the division.
• Drive continuous improvement leveraging advanced technologies in renewable energy.
