Requirements:

• Licensed without restrictions as an LCPC, LCMFT, or LCSW-C.
• Licensed in Maryland and the state in which you reside.
• Additional licenses in various states desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children.
• Knowledge of diagnosis and assessment practices, treatment strategies, and interventions for children.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong technological skills, including digital documentation.
• Effective communication skills with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to an assigned caseload of K-12 students.
• Diagnose and conduct initial mental health intake assessments as needed, creating individual treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical screeners and ongoing assessments of student progress.
• Collaborate with the care management team for successful transitions into Hazel services.
• Complete accurate documentation adhering to guidelines and requirements.
