Requirements:

• Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Licensed in Florida and the state in which you reside.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children.
• Strong technological skills and ability to complete digital documentation.
• Effective communicator through multiple channels.
• Willingness to gain licensure in other states as needed.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to an assigned caseload of K-12 students.
• Conduct initial mental health intake assessments and create individual treatment plans based on student needs.
• Perform ongoing assessments of student progress and collaborate with the care management team for successful transitions into services.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely, adhering to guidelines.
• May provide consultative telehealth crisis support for school partners or students as assigned.
