Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years previous experience working in operations for fast growing teams is required.
• Professional Services and/or tech industry background.
• Proven track record of managing operations for fast growing teams.
• Experience with Google Docs, Salesforce, and email to case.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, initiative-driven individuals with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
• Passion for driving scale and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests to the Level 2 case queue and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Support staffing projects and scheduling resources on various consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with Regional PS Managers to execute service changes.
• Execute project planning of key initiatives ensuring timelines and quality deliverables.
• Own timecard compliance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and enforce best practices to enhance MongoDB Services.
