Requirements:

• Commit to at least 25 hours per week according to the agreed shift.
• Possess a university degree in the chosen discipline demonstrating subject expertise.
• Proven proficiency in instructing students across all grade levels in mathematics.
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development for diverse learners.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled tutoring sessions.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and educational technology tools.
• Demonstrate awareness and respect for cultural diversity.
• Must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
• Proficiency in English is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online tutoring sessions as the primary tutor in your subject area.
• Participate in educational projects contributing to instructional design and curriculum development.
• Retain clients and ensure their academic progress and success.
• Dedicate 5 hours a day for availability with 4 hours specifically for teaching.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance tutoring sessions and contribute new methods.
