• Commit to at least 25 hours per week according to the agreed schedule.
• Possess a university degree in the chosen discipline for subject expertise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in teaching students across all grade levels in your subject area.
• Show expertise in instructional design and curriculum development for diverse student needs.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in attending scheduled tutoring sessions.
• Be familiar with Google Workspace and educational technology tools.
• Respect cultural diversity to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to tutor for online tutoring sessions with students in your subject area.
• Participate in educational projects as part of the learning and development team.
• Retain clients and ensure their continued academic success.
• Maintain reliable and flexible availability with 5 hours of availability and 4 hours of teaching daily.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance tutoring sessions and contribute to the development of new methods.
