Requirements:

• Experience in Growth, preferably focused on CRM or digital marketing (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of SQL programming (desirable).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce (desirable).
• Advanced English (desirable).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal areas that manage relationships with partners such as brokers, real estate agencies, photographers, and property inspectors to understand their operations and challenges.
• Develop and implement efficient CRM processes to optimize the work of these areas.
• Create automations and workflows to support teams interacting with partners to improve engagement and results.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Propose innovations and solutions to operational challenges, ensuring areas can execute their functions more effectively.
