Requirements:

• An active P&C Producer License is required.
• Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers for service issues, requests, and account information.
• Communicate with customers to research questions and resolve problems over the phone.
• Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution.
• Educate clients and advisors on new services to facilitate self-service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple usability issues and refer complex issues to appropriate service partners.
