Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a BI/Data analyst role at SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated ability to define and deliver self-serve BI insights.
• Strong grasp of tools like Tableau, Stitch/ETL tools, and other data tools.
• Strong data visualization sensibility with a keen sense of design for data visuals.
• Excellent problem structuring, identification and resolution skills.
• Critical thinking with analytical and product acumen.
• Experience structuring executive presentations with storytelling and data analysis.
• A proactive, self-starter capable of solving problems independently.

Responsibilities:

• Define the BI operations playbook and technical strategy for self-serve insights platform for the organization.
• Understand the business model, customers, and products to identify strategic insights and recommend execution plans.
• Work with various functions to centralize data for analytics.
• Lead strategic analytics initiatives and present insights to stakeholders.
• Act as a problem solver within the team for BI operational effectiveness.
• Manage ETL, data visualization, and BI operations platforms.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to meet analytics needs.
